Partnering in a Design/Build experience for M/I Homes, Andrews Architects and Andrews Builders worked together to quickly and efficiently design and construct a pool house with a gathering space for the Foxfire community. The building boasts an open pavilion with a fireplace and ceiling fans to create an inviting space for gathering and events. The rustic timber framing, white board and batten siding, and metal roof give a nod to the historic use of the land.  The same style is repeated at the mailbox shelter to unify the shared spaces.
