The McCulloch Building, named in honor of Joe and Dorothy McCulloch, is a mixed used building located on Emmaus Road in Marysville, Ohio. This location offers a blend of community life and a quiet retreat. The development by the Connolly Companies is a two story, 16,000 square feet building containing approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor for 5 retail, office, or restaurant uses. The second floor contains eleven, one-bedroom residential units. Each residential unit contains a “work nook”, allowing each resident the opportunity to work at home.

The McCulloch Building is a design-build project with Andrews Architects and Andrews Builders. It is slated to be completed in the Summer of 2024.
