Partnering in a Design/Build experience for M/I Homes, Andrews Architects and Andrews Builders worked together to quickly and efficiently design and construct a pool house with a gathering space for the Farms at Jefferson community. The building boasts an open pavilion with a fireplace and ceiling fans to create an inviting space for gathering and events. The signature silo, a subtle nod to the farm that once occupied the land, houses a lovely cabana open to the pool area which offers a nice shady respite.
