Partnering in a Design/Build experience for M/I Homes, Andrews Architects and Andrews Builders worked together to quickly and efficiently design and construct a pool house with a gathering space for the Cottages at Browns Farm. The building’s open pavilion with ceiling fans opens directly to the pool to create an inviting space for rest and relaxation in the shade. The entry point doubles as the mailbox shelter which creates an inviting space and is protected from the elements.
