The Law Office of Anthony W. Greco retained Andrews Architects to transform a mundane tenant space in Dublin, Ohio into an elegant, upscale office suite for its law practice. The 4,000 square foot suite required reconfiguration of the interior space as well as finish upgrades. Capitalizing on the abundant natural light in the space, the design utilizes interior windows, which allows natural light to flood the office. Due to confidentiality concerns, sound transmission and mitigation were key to the success of the office and sound insulation and sound absorbing panels were seamlessly incorporated into the design. The final design offers a beautiful and functional space into which the firm proudly welcomes its clients.
