This three-story, 130-unit, active senior living facility fosters the idea of community. Rather than placing communal areas throughout the entire building, the “Town Hall” houses a diverse collection of shared programming, including a library, fitness center, salon, post office, wellness room, family/game room, and pet care area. All of these areas are centered around the large open area called the “Village”. This concentration of public spaces creates a central hub for residents to complete daily tasks, gather as a community, or entertain family or friends.

The facility contains one bedroom, two bedroom, and one-bedroom deluxe units. The main living space in the deluxe units are larger, offering increased living area. The blend of units provides several options of living accommodations for the residents.
